About this program
Trainees receive paid, on-the-job training while developing skills in residential construction, including roofing, framing, carpentry, weather proofing and more. Trainees also receive industry credentials along the way. For the first three months, trainees learn in the warehouse, and then they work on job sites using specific skills like framing, weather-proofing, and cabinetry.
